FAQ

Choose your size, shape, and quantity, and upload your artwork. With custom stickers, most files show a proof with the cut line in seconds — before you pay. For other products, or if you upload later, we email a free proof within 1 business day after checkout, and you're charged only when you approve it. Nothing prints until you approve it.

Only after you approve your proof. At checkout we place a hold on your card or PayPal — your bank may show it as pending — and you're charged when you approve. Changes to the proof are free, and you can cancel free anytime before you approve. With custom stickers you can often approve the proof on screen before checkout; then you're charged when you place the order.

It depends on the size, shape and quantity you choose — the calculator on each product page shows the exact price for your configuration before you add it to the cart, and the price per sticker drops as the quantity goes up. Custom shapes cost the same as standard ones, and the digital proof and standard shipping within the US are included free.

No. We create the cut line for you and show it in your proof for approval.

Because items are custom-made, changes are easiest before proof approval. If you need to update something, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes — checkout is secure. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment options shown at checkout.

Upload PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, EPS, or high-resolution JPG. For best print quality we recommend 300 DPI at the final print size (vector files are ideal for logos and text). If you’re unsure, upload what you have — we’ll confirm everything in your proof.

Contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Yes. Every order includes a free online proof — on screen in seconds for most custom-sticker files, otherwise by email within 1 business day. You can request edits, and we’ll update the proof until you approve. Production begins after approval.

Yes — free US shipping with tracking on every order. Die-cut vinyl stickers ship the next business day after you approve your proof; clear, holographic, roll labels and static cling take about 2 business days. Need it faster? 2-Day and Overnight upgrades are available at checkout.

There is no dollar minimum — stickers, clear stickers and holographic stickers start at 10 per design, roll labels at 25; posters, static clings and large decals start at 1. The calculator sets the minimum for the size you pick, and if you type a smaller number it moves you up to it.
