How fast do you ship, and is shipping free?

Most orders ship the next business day after you approve the proof. Standard shipping is USPS First Class / Ground (3-5 business days), free on every order. If you need it sooner, you can pick from these options at checkout: USPS Priority ($10), UPS 2nd Day ($25, free on orders of $100 or more), or UPS Overnight ($40). Production speed stays the same — only the carrier changes.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes — and you pay only after you approve it. Upload your design and your proof appears in seconds, with the cut line, at the size and shape you chose; approve it on screen, then check out. If your file needs a designer's eye, we email the proof within 1 business day instead: at checkout we only place a hold on your card or PayPal, and you're charged when you approve. You can ask for changes until it's right, and we don't print until you approve it.

How much do custom stickers cost?

It depends on the size, shape and quantity you choose — the calculator on each product page shows the exact price for your configuration before you add it to the cart, and the price per sticker drops as the quantity goes up. Custom shapes cost the same as standard ones, and the digital proof and standard shipping within the US are included free.

What sizes are available, and what's the minimum order?

Custom sizes run from 1" × 2" up to 48" × 80" — type any width and height in that range with the Custom Size option (the smallest round or square sticker is 2" × 2"). Standard sizes are pre-loaded in the calculator for a one-tap price, and large pieces such as 10" × 10" for storefront windows, vehicles or wall displays are fine. The minimum order online is 10 stickers per design, and the price per sticker drops as the quantity goes up.

Are these stickers waterproof and dishwasher safe?

Yes — fully waterproof and extremely durable. The vinyl with laminate top layer stands up to rain, sweat, dishwashers, fuel spills, and daily wear without smudging, fading, or peeling. They're tough enough for outdoor gear, water bottles, kayaks, helmets, vehicle exteriors, and tools. Once applied properly they won't come off on their own; to remove one later, warm it with a hair dryer and peel it back slowly from a corner.

Can I put them on my car, and how long do they last outdoors?

Yes. The laminated vinyl is made for vehicle exteriors as well as water bottles, helmets and outdoor gear, and it is built to last 5 to 7 years outdoors in direct sun, rain and snow — the laminate keeps the colors from fading and protects against scratches. Put it on clean, smooth paint or glass; how long a sticker lasts in practice depends on the surface and how much sun and weather it gets. For one large piece on a car, truck or shop window, Large Decals are sold from a single piece.

Die cut, kiss cut or a standard shape — what can I order?

All three. Die cut, the default here, cuts through the vinyl and its backing along the outline of your design, so every sticker is its own shape, ready to peel and hand out. Standard circle, square, rectangle and rounded-corner shapes cost the same as a custom shape. Kiss cut leaves each sticker on a larger backing, which protects thin details and leaves room around the design; it is a separate product, Custom Kiss Cut Stickers, with the same vinyl, sizes and prices, and its proof comes from our designer by email. If your design has no clean outer edge, our designer prepares the cut line for free.

What's the difference between Glossy and Matte finish?

Glossy gives bright, vivid color and a slight shine — best for logos, photo-style art, and stickers meant to grab attention. Matte has a softer, no-glare surface with a more premium feel — better for minimalist designs, indoor packaging, and business branding. Both finishes use the same waterproof vinyl and laminate.

What file format should I upload?

We work with any format. Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) give the sharpest result, but JPG, PNG, HEIC, and even a photo from your phone are totally fine — upload whatever you have. If your file needs cleanup (low resolution, no cut line, wrong color space), our designer fixes it for free as part of the proof. There's no "wrong format" — send what you've got and we'll make it print-ready.

About these stickers

We print custom stickers on premium vinyl, seal them under laminate, and cut each one to the outline of your artwork — no rectangle around a round logo, no rough edges.

Built for real use

Every sticker gets a laminate top layer over the print. That laminate is what separates a sticker that survives from one that fades in a season: it takes the scratches, blocks UV, and keeps water off the ink.

The result holds up outdoors for up to five years — through sun, rain and snow — and goes through a dishwasher without lifting or smudging. Indoors it will outlast whatever you stick it to.

They go on clean and stay on:

Glossy or matte

Glossy gives you saturated colour and a reflective surface — the finish most people picture when they think of a sticker. Matte reads softer and quieter, and it does not throw glare under shop lights or a camera flash. Both use the same vinyl and the same laminate, so durability is identical; the choice is purely how you want it to look.

Any shape, any size

Die-cut means the blade follows your outline, whatever it is. Circles, squares, rounded corners, or the exact silhouette of a logo with a tail on the letter g.

Sizes run from 1" × 2" up to 48" × 80" (the smallest circle or square is 2" × 2"). Standard sizes sit in the calculator; anything else goes in the Custom size field. Price per sticker drops sharply with quantity — a 2-inch sticker costs about 60% less each at 100 pieces than at 25.
