Why 2 inches is the size most orders start at
A 2" circle sits neatly on the flap of a mailer and across the seam of a small box without wrapping around a corner. It is large enough for a wordmark and small enough that fifty of them do not look like a poster. If you are sealing larger cartons, step up to 3" and the price recalculates on this page.
Kraft, corrugated, poly mailers
The adhesive is made for those surfaces. On uncoated kraft, matte usually reads better than glossy — the paper is already soft and the finish keeps it that way. On white or poly, glossy holds color harder. Both cost the same, and you can switch the finish right here before you order.

Sizing a sticker for a shipping box, not a mailer
A small mailer and a full shipping carton call for different sizes. On a mailer, 2" sits neatly on one flap; on a larger corrugated box, that same size gets lost next to a shipping label and a strip of packing tape. For cartons roughly 12" or more on a side, 3" holds its own visually and still fits across a single flap without spanning the seam where the box gets opened. Order the size that matches what's actually shipping rather than using one size for every box — the calculator recalculates the price the moment you change it, so trying a bigger size costs nothing but a look.
Placing a logo sticker on a kraft mailing box
On a kraft mailer, the logo sticker usually goes in one of two places: centered on the top flap where it's the first thing a customer sees, or across the seam where the flap tucks in, which doubles as a visual seal. Centered placement reads more like a label; seam placement reads more like packing tape with a brand on it. Either way, press along the entire edge of the sticker rather than just the center — kraft has a slight texture, and a sticker only tacked down in the middle can lift a corner in transit.
Questions people ask about these
Will it stick to a kraft box?
Yes. Kraft, corrugated cardboard and poly mailers are the normal surfaces for these. Press it down along the whole sticker rather than just the middle, and it stays through shipping.
Matte or glossy for packaging?
Matte on brown kraft, glossy on white or plastic. That is a look, not a durability difference — both are the same laminated vinyl and both cost the same.
Can I order a shape that is not a circle?
Yes. Square, rectangle, rounded corners, or cut to the exact outline of your design. Choose it above and the price stays the same — shape does not change what we charge.
Do you print stickers specifically for boxes, or just general stickers?
Same product, sized for the job. A box sticker is a custom die-cut sticker made at a size and shape that fits a flap or a seam — there's no separate 'box sticker' line, you're just choosing the size and shape here for that use.
How many stickers do I need per box?
Usually one, centered on the top flap or laid across the seam. Some orders add a second, smaller sticker on a side panel for a return address or a handling note — if that's the plan, order it as its own design line at its own size.
Will the sticker survive a rough shipping trip?
The laminate is built to handle scuffing, moisture, and normal handling in transit, so a box that gets bumped in a truck or left on a damp porch doesn't lose the sticker's color or start peeling. It is the same laminated white vinyl as our other custom stickers, just sized here for a box.
Will I see a proof before I pay?
