Returns & Refunds
Every order is custom-made to your design, so we don't accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality. If there's a production issue, shipping damage, or the final product doesn't match your approved proof, we'll make it right.
Damaged or defective
Email info@stickersfox.com with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery. If the issue is on our side, we'll reprint your order for free.
Doesn't match your approved proof
If the final product doesn't match the proof you approved, that's on us. We'll reprint it at no cost.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll help with a replacement or carrier claim. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we'll always help you track the order.
Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, refunds are only offered when we can't reasonably fix the issue with a reprint, replacement, or store credit.
Approved proof = your sign-off
Please check spelling, sizing, colors, artwork placement and finish before approving your proof. Typos, design mistakes, wrong size, wrong finish, or changes of mind after proof approval are not covered — but message us and we'll always try to help.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Once your proof is approved and production starts, custom orders can't be canceled.
