How are posters shipped, and how fast?

Posters take 2 business days in production after proof approval. Standard shipping is USPS First Class / Ground (3-5 business days), free on every order. Posters up to 15 inches on the longer side ship flat in a rigid mailer that won't bend, ready to frame on arrival. Larger posters ship rolled in a sturdy mailing tube, which protects the print from creasing in transit. Faster options at checkout: USPS Priority ($10), UPS 2nd Day ($25, free on orders of $100 or more), UPS Overnight ($40).

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes — a free digital proof, emailed within 1 business day, before any printing. You'll see your design at the actual poster size, with crop marks where applicable. Color on screen vs print can vary slightly (monitors emit light, paper reflects it), and we'll match colors as closely as the print process allows. You can request unlimited revisions until you approve. You pay only after you approve it: at checkout we place a hold on your card or PayPal, and you're charged when you approve. Cancel free anytime before that.

What sizes are available, and what's the minimum order?

Posters come in sixteen sizes, from 11"x14" up to 36"x48": 11x14, 12x18, 14x18, 16x20, 18x24, 20x30, 22x28, 24x36, 24x40, 30x40, 36x40 and 36x48, plus four square sizes - 15x15, 20x20, 24x24 and 36x36. Pick one in the calculator and the price updates instantly. The online minimum is 1 poster per design - order a single piece for a personal print, or larger runs for retail signage and event displays.

How much does a custom poster cost?

Pick a size in the calculator above and its price appears right away, and you can order a single poster. A size between the standard ones is priced by its area and never costs more than the next standard size up. The digital proof and standard shipping within the US are included free.

Can I order a poster in a size that isn't listed?

Yes. Type any width and height up to 48"x72" into the calculator. Sizes between the standard ones are priced by area and never cost more than the next standard size up, and the standard sizes click into place as you type. You can switch between portrait and landscape, and you approve a free proof before anything is printed.

What paper do you print posters on?

Our posters are printed on professional semi-gloss poster paper — designed to deliver vibrant, saturated colors with sharp detail. The semi-gloss finish gives a premium look without heavy glare, so the artwork reads well from any angle. The slight sheen brings out depth in photography and rich tones in illustrations.

Will the poster stick to glass when framed?

No — the semi-gloss surface is designed not to stick to glass. Many fully-glossy posters fuse to glass over time when humidity changes, causing damage when you try to remove them. Our semi-gloss finish stays separate from the glass, so you can frame, reframe, or rotate posters without damaging the print.

Are these posters suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, where the spot stays dry. The semi-gloss poster paper isn't waterproof, so rain and moisture are the only thing to keep it away from: indoors, or outside under a roof, on a covered porch or behind glass, a poster hangs as long as you like. For a sign that will get wet, choose laminated white vinyl instead — custom stickers for smaller pieces, or Large Decals for a single piece up to 48" × 80".

What file format should I upload?

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) give the sharpest result on large prints. High-resolution JPG, PNG, HEIC, or TIFF (300 DPI at print size) also work well. Phone photos can work for smaller posters but check resolution — at large sizes, low-res phone images may appear blurry. Our designer will check your file and let you know if there are any quality concerns before printing.

Wow, wow, & wow! Amazing people and Alena is great at answering messages. I placed this order of 3 and then forgot about 1 other concert I went to last August (Tracy Lawrence and Rodney Atkins!! How did I ever forget that one?!!) So, I needed to place a 2nd order and was wondering if I could get the shipping for the 2nd order refunded and get all 4 posters shipped out together. She said yes; after approving the proofs on the first order, they’d hold on to those 3 after printed, until I approve the proof for the 4th poster & printed, & mail all 4 out together. Unfortunately the 4th poster was mailed separately but they ship FAST! I was still refunded the shipping on that order too! These are not rolled up (8x10 prints) which is a nice bonus; they come in a flat sturdy board mailer! Can’t wait to get my last poster! Great quality!
