How durable are your custom roll labels?

Roll labels are designed for product packaging — they look great on shelves and hold up through normal handling, shipping, and storage. The print resists scratching and fading, so your branding stays sharp and on-brand throughout the product's shelf life on bottles, jars, candles, soap, and packaged goods.

Are roll labels waterproof?

Roll labels are water-resistant — splashes, condensation, refrigeration, and damp environments won't damage the print. Wiping them clean or accidentally getting them wet is no problem. They're not designed for full immersion or dishwasher cycles though — for products that get repeatedly soaked, run through a dishwasher, or live outdoors, our custom vinyl stickers or clear stickers (which are fully waterproof) are a better fit.

What sizes are available, and what's the minimum order?

Roll labels are available in any custom size — round, square, oval, rectangle, or fully custom die-cut. The online minimum is 10 labels per design. Pricing scales down with quantity, so larger runs (250, 500, 1000+) drop the per-label cost significantly. Use the calculator to see live pricing as you adjust size and quantity.

Will the rolls fit my label printer or applicator?

Our rolls come on standard core sizes that fit most desktop label applicators and dispensers. If you have a specific printer or applicator that needs a particular core size, unwind direction, or roll diameter, mention it in the order notes and we'll set up the roll to match your equipment. Do you offer rolls or sheets, and which should I choose?

Roll format is the default — best for high-volume orders, applying labels by hand one at a time, or feeding a label applicator machine. If you only need a small batch and prefer cutting labels apart yourself, ask about sheet format in the order notes. Most customers go with rolls for convenience and consistent peel-off.

How fast do you ship, and is shipping free?

Roll label orders take 2 business days in production after proof approval. Standard USPS First Class / Ground shipping (3-5 business days) is free on every order. Faster options at checkout: USPS Priority ($10), UPS 2nd Day ($25), UPS Overnight ($40). Larger volume orders sometimes ship via UPS Ground for stability — same delivery speed.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes — free digital proof before any printing starts. You'll see your design at the actual label size, with the cut line, and we'll confirm the layout matches your packaging. You can request unlimited revisions, especially helpful for matching brand colors or adjusting how the design wraps on cylindrical containers.

What file format should I upload?

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) give the sharpest print at small label sizes — recommended whenever possible. JPG, PNG, or HEIC also work if that's what you have. For brand-critical color matching (Pantone, exact CMYK values), include those specs in your order notes and we'll match as closely as the printing process allows.
