How to get it right
A sticker in every swimmer's meet pack
Swim teams plan in seasons and meets. The parent who volunteers to order stickers has two jobs: one for every swimmer on the roster, and a few spare for the new swimmer who joins in week three. A meet-day pack with a sticker, a heat sheet and a snack makes the day feel organized. Order for the whole roster, add a margin, and keep the leftovers for next season's sign-up table. When the mascot changes, the new design is simply a second line in the cart with its own free proof.
Bottles, kickboards and parents' cars
A swimmer's kit is wet: a bottle, a kickboard, a mesh bag, a towel. Stickers go on the hard, smooth parts - the bottle and the kickboard - where the laminated vinyl handles water well; they are not made for fabric or mesh. After pool time, rinse the item with fresh water and dry it. Parents like a car decal for the season too. That is a good job for a second design, a larger one, ordered as its own line, and it pairs well with our school spirit car decals and car decal fundraiser pages. Order that one larger so it reads from the next lane of traffic.
Drawing a mascot that survives a small size
Most swim team logos are a mascot, a name and a year. At 3 inches, keep the mascot bold and the name on one short line; thin outlines and tiny script blur on a wet bottle. A navy and white scheme reads well against both water and a pool deck. The die cut follows the mascot's outline at the same cost as a circle, and the free proof shows exactly where it cuts. If you use a league or club logo, use artwork your team has approved. We print the file you send, and the designer prepares the cut line for you to check on the proof.

What size swim team sticker should I order?
Three inches works for most bottles and kickboards, and it is where this page opens. Go to 4 or 5 inches for a car window. Any custom size is available in the calculator.
Are swim team stickers waterproof?
Yes. They are printed on laminated white vinyl, which is waterproof. After a swim, rinse the item with fresh water and dry it.
Can we order one sticker for every swimmer and different ones for parents?
Yes. Each design is its own line in the cart, with its own quantity and its own free proof. A team sticker and a parent car decal are two lines.
Can you print names or numbers on each sticker?
No. Every sticker in a run prints the same, so we cannot put a different name or number on each one. A team name or a team number that is the same on every sticker is fine.
Can you cut the sticker around our dolphin?
Yes. We die-cut any outline at no extra charge, so a mascot shape costs the same as a circle or a square. The free proof shows the cut line.
When will they arrive before the first meet?
Orders ship the next business day after you approve the proof, with free USPS shipping across the US. For most files the proof appears on screen in seconds; otherwise a designer emails it, usually within one business day.
