How to get it right
A stack for every Saturday
Run clubs grow at the start line. A friend brings a friend, and the person who handed out stickers last week is the person who gets asked what the club is. Keep a pack in the trunk and give one to each new runner after their first loop. The sticker goes on a bottle, a water jug, a laptop or a car window, and the club is seen outside the Saturday run. Larger runs cost less per sticker, so ordering a season of stickers at once is easier than reordering every month, and the stack never runs out on the day the park is full.
Race day and milestone runs
Race organizers use the same size to say thank you: one in every race bag or handed over at the finish line, with the race name and date in the design. A club that marks a milestone run - a first anniversary, a big group long run - can order that as its own design. Each design is its own item in the cart with its own quantity and its own free proof. Because every sticker in a run is the same, finisher times and bib numbers cannot be printed on individual stickers. A sticker is a thank-you for showing up, not a result.
Light, round and readable at a glance
A runner glances at a bottle for a second, so the design has to be short: a club name, a simple mark such as a sunrise or a shoe, and two colors that contrast. Avoid thin lines and tiny text in the ring. If your club already has a logo in another shape, any outline costs the same, so a shoe or a mountain can replace the circle. The free proof shows the cut line on screen in seconds for most files. Most orders ship the next business day after you approve it, with free USPS shipping.
Questions people ask about these
What size running club sticker should I order?
Start at 3 x 3 inches for a bottle, a car window or a laptop. A smaller circle works for a race bag insert, and a custom size is available in the calculator.
Can I print finisher times or bib numbers on the stickers?
No. We print one design per sticker, and every sticker in a run is the same, so individual times, names or numbers are not possible.
Do the stickers survive sweat and rain?
Yes. They are printed on white vinyl under a laminate, so they are waterproof. For a bottle, wash it by hand or in the dishwasher; the sticker is dishwasher-safe.
Can I use the shape of a shoe instead of a circle?
Yes. We die-cut any outline at no extra charge, so a shoe or a mountain costs the same as a circle.
Can a race order a different design each year?
Yes. Each design is its own item in the cart, with its own quantity and its own free proof, so a new edition of the race is a new line.
How quickly can a club get them before a race?
Most orders ship the next business day after you approve the proof. Free USPS shipping takes 3 to 5 business days with tracking, and faster upgrades are available at checkout.
