How to get it right
A number on every bottle: crests, numbers and names
A bench full of matching water bottles is a problem a sticker solves. Run the club crest as one design for the whole squad, then give each jersey number its own design to sit beside it, so every bottle is found at halftime. Each number is its own item in the cart, with its own quantity and free proof, so plan a small set per player: the bottle, the bag and a spare. The crest can be one larger run. A matching crest on the cleat bag keeps boots from wandering home with the wrong player. Keep the design to the crest and one number or name; a bottle sticker is read at arm length, so a plain layout reads cleaner.
Family windows on tournament weekends
A tournament weekend fills a parking lot with similar cars. A crest on the back window, 4 x 4 or 5 x 5 inches, lets families find each other and tells the sideline whose team has arrived. A window crest is bigger than the bottle version, so order it as a second size of the same design. Put it on the outside face of the glass, off the wiper sweep and out of the driver view in the mirror. The vinyl is waterproof, which matters on a car that sits through a wet match. Clean glass with isopropyl alcohol before you apply it.
End-of-season gifts and fundraisers
A sticker with the team name, the age group and the season makes a gift for the end-of-season party that fits in a pocket and gets kept, and it doubles as a thank-you for the coach. Parents can sell the same sticker at a tournament table or a car-wash fundraiser. The approved artwork is already done, so a reorder is a fresh item with its own free proof. Next season, change the year in the file and send the new version. Plan the whole season in one order when you can, and pick one finish, glossy or matte, so every batch looks the same.
Questions people ask about these
Can you cut the sticker to the shape of our crest?
Yes. We die-cut around any outline at no extra charge, from a plain shield to a crest with a banner across it. Send your artwork and the proof shows the cut line.
Will the sticker survive a season of games and washing?
It is laminated, waterproof vinyl, so rain, a wet bag and the dishwasher do not harm it. We do not promise a lifespan, because use differs from one team to the next.
What size works for a bottle and for a car window?
A 3 x 3 inch die-cut fits a water bottle, a bag tag and a laptop lid. For a back window, 4 x 4 or 5 x 5 inches reads from across a parking lot.
Can each player get a sticker with their own number?
Yes. Each number is its own design, added to the cart as a separate item with its own quantity, so it works best as a small set per player: one for the bottle, one for the bag, a spare. The crest sticker can be one larger run.
Can we add our league or sponsor logo?
Only if the league or the sponsor allows it. That permission is theirs to give, not ours, and we print the artwork you send.
How fast can we get them before a tournament?
Send the file early, because the free proof comes first: on screen within seconds for most files, or emailed by a designer, usually within one business day. Once you approve it, the order ships the next business day and USPS delivers free across the US. We cannot name a delivery date, so work back from the first game.
