How to get it right
Prepare files the way a sheet needs them
Draw or export each sticker at 300 DPI at the size it will print, with the art on a transparent background so the cut can follow its outline. Send each sticker as its own file, a ready sheet layout, or one ZIP with up to 50 files. You do not need to draw a cut line or add bleed, because the designer handles both when laying out the sheet. Use the Notes for the designer field to say how many of each sticker you want on the sheet and in what order, for instance the best seller large in the corner and the small fillers around it. Look at the proof at full zoom for rough edges.
4 x 6 or letter, the way you sell
The sheet size changes how it sells. A 4 x 6 inch sheet slides into a clear sleeve, hangs on a small rack, and is easy to hand to a stranger at a convention table. It suits a tight set of related designs. The letter-size sheet, 8.5 x 11 inches, shows more art at once, which works for a big collection, for larger stickers, or for a sheet you want to look generous in a portfolio. Think about where it will sit: a table with limited space, a shop shelf, a package for online orders. Pick finish by style too, since matte flatters soft pastel art and glossy gives saturated ink more punch.
Test small, then repeat each layout as its own line
Printing a first run of a sheet answers questions drawing never does: which stickers people peel first, whether the lettering reads at table distance, whether a color shifts between screen and print. Each order line is a single layout: one set, printed identically on every sheet in the line, mixing as many designs as you like. A new collection, or the same art arranged another way, is a new layout and so a new line in the cart, with its own proof. Reorder a layout that sold well and you are back to the same line.
Questions people ask about these
What file format and resolution should I send?
Send each sticker as its own file at 300 DPI at print size, ideally on a transparent background. You can also send a ready sheet layout, or one ZIP with up to 50 files. The designer handles the bleed and the cut line.
Should I choose 4 x 6 or letter size for selling?
Choose 4 x 6 inches for a tight set that fits a clear sleeve or a small rack. Choose 8.5 x 11 inches for a big collection or larger stickers. Either way, the proof shows the layout before you pay.
Can I put several designs on one sheet?
Yes, a layout can mix as many designs as you have. Use Notes for the designer to say how many of each and in what order; the sheet repeats that layout for the whole line.
Are the stickers cut individually?
Yes. The cut goes through the vinyl only, so each sticker lifts off its backing by itself and the sheet stays whole. That is what makes a sheet pleasant to sell and to use.
How do I order a second collection?
A second, different layout is a second line in the cart, with its own proof and its own sheets. Reorder a layout that sold well by ordering the same layout again.
How soon will sheets ship before an event?
Plan for the proof first: it arrives within 1 business day and revisions cost nothing. After approval, sheets ship the next business day, with free USPS delivery in 3-5 business days. Allow for that before the table date, or pick faster shipping at checkout.
