Put the summer in the design
A camp sticker that carries the session or the summer becomes a keepsake: a camper looks at it in the fall and remembers the lake. Print the name of the camp and the summer in the artwork itself, as a badge, a patch shape or a simple wordmark. Every sticker in a run is the same, so a design for the whole summer is one run. A camp that runs separate sessions can make one design per session, each added to the cart as its own item with its own quantity and its own free proof. Keep text thick enough to read at arm length, and leave the finer detail for the 2-inch mug version.
Who gets one and where it goes
The director usually starts with the welcome bag handed over on arrival day, then adds counselors and kitchen and maintenance staff, who often end up wearing the camp on a bottle. Campers stick theirs on trunks, water bottles and mugs. A stack at the camp store table lets parents buy extras on pickup day, and a sticker for every family helps the camp show up on the back window of the family car. Permanent adhesive means each person chooses a spot once, so a smooth, clean surface is best. Stickers are not for fabric, and these are logo stickers - not name labels.
When to order for the season
Order before opening day, not after it. Orders ship the next business day after you approve the proof, and free USPS shipping then takes 3 to 5 business days, so decide the design in the spring, approve the proof, and have the boxes at camp before the first van arrives. Larger runs cost less per sticker, so a camp that will hand out stickers all summer saves by ordering the whole season together. If a later session needs a different design, order that one separately. A day camp can use the same approach with a smaller badge.

What size summer camp sticker should I order?
Start at 4 x 4 inches for a trunk, a welcome bag insert or a car window, and use 2 or 3 inches for mugs and bottles. A custom size is available in the calculator if your badge needs a particular shape.
Can I print each camper name on a sticker?
No. We print one design per sticker, and every sticker in a run is the same, so different names inside one run are not possible. These are camp logo stickers, not name labels.
Can we have a different design for each session?

Can a camp mug with a sticker go in the dishwasher?
Yes. They are printed on white vinyl under a laminate, which is waterproof and dishwasher-safe, so a camp mug can go through the wash.
Do sleepaway camps and day camps order the same way?
Yes. The only difference is the volume. A sleepaway camp needs a sticker for each camper, counselor and family, and a day camp can order one run per session or per summer.
