How to get it right
The sticker campers collect
Ask any RV owner and you will hear it: the rig carries a record of every campground it has stayed at. A well-drawn sticker from your park, handed over at check-in or sold in the camp store, goes onto that record and travels to every site the family visits afterward. Draw it around what guests remember: a tent and pines, a lake, a creek or a fire ring. A bold outline is enough. The die cut follows your shape at the same cost as a rectangle, so a tent roofline or a pine silhouette costs no extra.
Check-in, camp store and seasonal site holders
Treat the sticker as three jobs. At check-in it is a welcome gift in the packet with the map. In the camp store it is an easy add-on at the register. For seasonal site holders it is a membership badge that marks who stays all summer. Because every design is its own line in the cart, with its own quantity and its own free proof, the check-in sticker and the seasonal one are simply two orders. Put the year in the design, such as 2027, and make each season its own line; last season's design stays as it was and the new one gets a new proof.
Where it goes on a rig
The rear window of a camper trailer is the classic spot, and the rest of the rig takes it too: a cooler lid, a water bottle, a hard side panel, a utility box. If you sell the sticker at the camp store, set a stack by the register where people waiting to pay can see the design. The adhesive is permanent, so choose the spot before you peel, and wipe the surface clean and dry first. If your park is part of a larger rental fleet, a second smaller size for bottles and lids can be its own line. Any custom size from 1 x 2 inches up is available.
Questions people ask about these
What size campground sticker works best on a camper window?
Four inches square is a good starting size for a trailer window, and the calculator on this page opens at 4 x 4 inches. Go to 3 inches for a bottle or a cooler. Custom sizes run from 1 x 2 inches up to 48 x 80 inches.
Can I put the year in the design?
Yes. A design with the year is simply its own line in the cart, with its own quantity and its own free proof. Next season's design is another line, and you can reorder an older design without touching it.
Can I order separate stickers for the camp store and for seasonal guests?
Yes. Each design is its own line, so a camp store design and a seasonal site design are two lines with their own quantities.
Will the sticker last outside on a trailer?
It is laminated white vinyl, waterproof and made for outdoor use. The adhesive is permanent, so place it on a clean, dry surface.
Can the sticker be cut in the shape of our logo?
Yes. We die-cut any outline at no extra charge, so a tent shape costs the same as a square. You see the cut line on the free proof first.
How soon can the stickers be on the shelf before opening weekend?
Nothing prints until you approve the proof, and then it ships the next business day with free USPS shipping in the US. Most proofs appear on screen in seconds, and if a designer has to prepare yours it usually reaches your inbox within one business day.
