How to get it right
A thank-you that people keep
Donors like to be thanked in a way they can see. A sticker handed over with a membership form, a raffle ticket or a purchase at the stand says the club noticed. Season sponsors can get a different design from members, for example with the year and the word sponsor, so the two groups are easy to tell apart. Each design is its own line in the cart, with its own quantity and a free proof, so a small run for sponsors does not have to match the larger run for members.
At the concession stand and the donation jar
A round sticker on the front of a cash box or a donation jar labels it and looks tidy under the lights of a stand. A bowl of them next to the register turns a small purchase into a small souvenir. The vinyl is waterproof and dishwasher-safe, which matters when a tray is wiped down after a game. The adhesive is permanent, so apply it to a clean, dry surface you plan to keep. Put the design where a volunteer can see it from across the counter, and keep a few spares in the cash box for the next game.
A code to your donation page
A QR code on a booster sticker can send a parent straight to the club's donation or membership page. Put the code in your design on a white panel with a clear border around it, and keep it at the 4 inch preset or larger so a phone can read it from a short distance. Scan it on the proof from your screen before you approve, because nothing prints until you say yes. If you want a code you can point somewhere else next season without reprinting, our QR code stickers page makes one for you, free and with no subscription.
Questions people ask about these
What do booster clubs put on stickers?
Usually the club name, the team mascot, the school colors and the year. Many add a QR code that leads to a membership or donation page.
Can we change the donation link after the stickers are printed?
A code in your own artwork always opens the link it was made for. If the link may change, order from our QR code stickers page, which makes a free dynamic code you can repoint in your account.
Can we have one design for members and one for sponsors?
Yes. Order them as two designs, each with its own quantity and a free proof. A third design for a single event works the same way.
Do you give legal or accounting advice about booster club donations?
No. We print the sticker you design. For questions about how a booster club handles donations, ask the club's own advisers.
Is a booster club sticker the same as a bumper sticker?
No. These are vinyl stickers meant for cash boxes, jars, bottles and cards. For a design that goes on the back of a car, see our bumper stickers page.
When should we order for a fall season?
Plan for the proof, one business day for shipping after you approve it, and 3 to 5 business days of free USPS delivery with tracking. Order before your first home event.
