How to get it right
Design the sticker people would buy anyway
A fundraiser sticker sells when it looks like something from a shop, not a flyer. The paw print, the mascot, a clever pun on the group name and a bold shape all do better than a block of small text. Put the cause on it in a few words, for example Class Trip 2027, so the buyer knows what they supported. Since the shape does not change the price, die cut the sticker to the design. If the group has several favorite designs, test two or three in small runs and see which one parents ask for again.
Do the sum before you order
The calculator shows the total for a size and quantity before you pay. Divide that total by the number of stickers and you have what each one costs the group. Choose a selling price above that number, and then check how many stickers you must sell to cover the whole order. A smaller sticker or a smaller first run lowers what the group must sell before it is in profit. You are charged only when you approve the proof, so you can fix the numbers first. Changing the size or the quantity updates the total on screen, which makes it easy to try a few combinations before you decide.
Start small and reorder what sells
You do not have to guess the final quantity. Order a run for the first event, count what is left, and place a second order for the design that moved. Each design is a separate cart line, so a reorder of the favorite does not touch the others. Because a design prints the same on every sticker, you cannot add each buyer's name; sell the sticker as it is, with the design doing the work. For a fundraiser built around car decals, the car decal fundraiser page is the better fit.
Questions people ask about these
How much should we charge for a custom sticker?
Divide the calculator total by the number of stickers to get your cost for one, then choose a price above it that families will pay. Decide it before you order, so you know how many sales cover the run.
What is the most profitable school fundraiser?
We cannot promise a result for any fundraiser. A sticker can work when it costs little per piece, is easy to carry and is something students want to put on their things.
Can we sell more than one design?
Yes. Each design is its own item in the cart, so a paw print and a mascot can sit in the same order with different quantities.
Do the stickers come on a sheet or a roll?
Neither. Each sticker is cut out on its own, and every sticker in a design is identical. Sheets that mix designs and rolls are not part of this product.
When are we charged?
You pay only after you see and approve the free proof. Nothing prints before that, and changes to the proof are free.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order in the US. USPS delivery takes 3 to 5 business days with tracking, and the order ships the next business day after you approve the proof.
