How to get it right
Start with the gift list
Write the names first. Every gift gets a tag, and a tag with a person's name looks more personal than a printed greeting. Because a layout can mix any number of different stickers, every name can share one sheet: TO: Grandma, TO: Uncle Joe, TO: Mia and the rest, all with the same border and the same FROM line. Put the list into the Notes for the designer field and say how many of each name you need, for instance one tag for most people and several for the person with many parcels. A letter-size sheet has room for a long list, and a second list for another household is a different layout.
Tags, seals and a box of cookies
Gift tags are only one use. Round seals close the flaps of Christmas card envelopes, and a greeting sticker such as MERRY & BRIGHT finishes a parcel wrapped in plain paper. If you give baked goods, put the sticker on the outside of the box, tin or wrapped parcel rather than on the food itself. Use the same border, the same colors and the same type on every piece so the whole table of gifts looks planned. Every line in the cart is one set, meaning one layout repeated on each sheet in the line. A business greeting sheet next to the family one is a second layout, so a second line, with its own proof.
Order early enough for the proof
Count backwards from the day you want to wrap. The proof comes first, by email within 1 business day, and you read every name on it. Changes cost nothing. After approval, sheets ship the next business day, free by USPS in 3-5 business days, with faster shipping at checkout. That is a few working days before you have stickers in your hands, and longer if the proof goes back and forth, so place the order well ahead. No design yet? How many gift tags can I put on a sheet?
It depends on their size and how many different names you need. The designer sets the layout and the proof shows exactly what fits. Say in the notes how many of each name you want.
Can I print a different name on every tag?
Yes, names are just different stickers in one layout, so they can share a sheet. Since every sheet in a line is the same, a second household's list is a second layout and a second line.
Can I use the stickers on cookie boxes?
Yes, on the outside of a box, a tin or a wrapped parcel. Do not put a sticker on food itself, and we make no claims about food contact.
Is the sticker sheet waterproof?
The stickers are waterproof laminated vinyl, glossy or matte at the same cost. Choose matte for a softer, kraft-paper look and glossy for brighter reds and golds.
Can I add my own artwork or a logo?
Yes. Upload your own files, a ready layout or a ZIP of up to 50 files. A designer can also draw original holiday art under Design it for me, free of charge, without copying any character or brand.
How early should I order for Christmas?
Allow for the free proof, which arrives within 1 business day, your own review, shipping the next business day after approval, and 3-5 business days by free USPS, or faster at checkout. Order early so changes fit.
