How to get it right
A sticker for every level
Gymnastics runs on levels, and a gym can celebrate each one. Make one design for each level, or one for each season, and add each to the cart as its own item with its own quantity and its own free proof. Hand the new-level sticker to the gymnast on the day it is earned, and keep the older designs in stock for the families who join midyear. Every sticker in a run is the same, so a gymnast name or score cannot be printed on an individual sticker. This is a team logo or milestone sticker, not a reward sheet; there are no sheets of several designs.
Meet packs, front desk and parents' cars
The meet pack is the biggest order of the season: one sticker in the packet for every gymnast, coach and volunteer, so the whole gym leaves with the same mark. The front desk keeps a stack for registration gifts and for tour days. Parents like a window sticker for the car on meet weekends, and the permanent adhesive stays put on a clean glass window. Larger runs cost less per sticker, so a gym that orders one big run at the start of the season has enough for meets, tours and the spring showcase.
Designing the gym mark at 3 inches
Gymnastics logos are often a figure in motion, a star or a bright script. At 3 inches, a thin script or a fine swirl disappears, so draw the lines thicker than you think and keep the colors few. A star, a flame or a trophy outline all work, and any outline costs the same as a circle. Send your artwork with the shape as its outer edge and the designer prepares the cut line.
