How to get it right
Measure the band on your bottle
Look for the smooth band between the ridges, which is the part of the bottle a wrap label should cover. Wind a strip of paper around that band, mark where the ends meet, and measure the length; that is your width. Measure the height of the smooth band for the label height, and subtract a little so the edges never touch a ridge. Leave a small overlap, or a small gap, rather than a perfect butt join, because a bottle is never perfectly round. We do not assume a standard bottle size, so order to your measurements.
Remove the original label first
Most bottled water arrives with a printed wrap of its own. Peel it off first and wipe off any glue, then dry the plastic completely before you apply yours. The adhesive on our labels is permanent, so position the label carefully on the first try, starting at the center of the band and smoothing toward the ends. Put the date, the names and a short line on the front, and keep the type large enough to read across a table. Bottles that arrive cold from the fridge sweat, so let them warm slightly first.

What size water bottle label should I order?
Measure the smooth band between the ridges on your bottle, both around and top to bottom, and order to those numbers. The calculator accepts any custom size, and this page starts at 8 x 2 inches.
Do I need to remove the original label?
Yes. Peel off the printed wrap, wipe away any glue and dry the bottle before you apply your label. Our adhesive is permanent, so place the label carefully.
Will the labels run or peel in an ice bucket?
The labels are waterproof, so ice and meltwater do not make the print run. Apply them to a clean, dry bottle before the bottles go into the ice.
Can every bottle have a different name on it?
One run prints one design. For different names, order each name as its own design, with its own quantity and its own free proof.
How far ahead should I order for an event?
Your labels ship the next business day after you approve the proof, with USPS delivery in 3 to 5 business days, so allow time for the proof and for shipping before the date. Faster shipping can be added at checkout.
