How to get it right
Favors and cups
A small die-cut on a favor bag turns a paper sack into part of the party; the same design on a reusable cup means every guest carries the theme home, not just a photo of it. Because the vinyl is laminated and dishwasher safe, cups printed for a birthday can go back in the rotation and through a normal wash instead of getting tossed after one use. Party boxes and gift bags take a larger version of the same design. This works the same way for a 5-year-old's party, a 30th or 50th milestone, or a small business marking an anniversary.
Shapes: a number, a balloon, a photo cut-out
Any shape you send is a custom die-cut at no extra charge over square, circle, rectangle or rounded - it is simply cut to the outline of the art. A number die-cut is the most common milestone choice: a bold 21, 30 or 50 large enough to read across a table. A balloon, a party hat or a cake slice outline works the same way for a kid's party. Timing and quantity
A free digital proof usually arrives within one business day of your upload, with unlimited revisions until the design is right. Most orders ship the next business day after you approve it, then free US shipping runs 3 to 5 business days. For quantity, count favor bags plus cups plus a few spares - fifty covers a mid-size party; scale up for a larger guest list. A number changes every year, so treat each birthday's design as its own order: the minimum is 10 per design, and a new number means a new proof.

Can the sticker be shaped like a number, like a 30 or a 50?
Yes. Any number is a custom die-cut, cut to the outline of the digits at no extra charge over a square or circle. Upload the number as part of your artwork and our designer sets the cut line as part of the free proof.
Will the stickers survive the dishwasher on reusable party cups?
Yes. The laminated vinyl is dishwasher safe, so cups printed for the party can go back into normal use afterward instead of being thrown out. It also stands up to rain, sweat and daily wear, so a cold drink will not lift the print.
Can we put a photo of the birthday person on the sticker?

What is the minimum order?
Ten stickers per design. Every different design, including every different number or name, needs its own proof and counts as its own design toward that minimum.
How fast can we get these before the party?
A free proof is usually ready within one business day. Most orders ship the next business day after you approve it, and free US shipping takes 3 to 5 business days after that - plan the order date around your party date.
Can we order different designs for a joint party, like two milestone ages?
Yes. Each age or name is a separate design with its own proof, so a joint 30th and 60th, for example, ships as two items in one order. Mix designs freely; each just needs to meet the 10-per-design minimum.
