How to get it right
Count the jobs, then the guests
Start with what the stickers will do. List the invitations, one for every household, then the favor bags, one for each child who comes, then the thank-you notes that follow, and a few extra for the guest who brings a sibling. Add them together and you have the number of stickers. The proof shows how many fit on a sheet in your layout, so divide and round up. Remember that a design is ordered as a set of five or more identical sheets, which suits a party: the same sheet serves every job on the list.
Name, age and a theme that matches the party
A birthday sticker is personal because of two details, the name and the number. Give both room: Mia in large type, turns 7 beside it, and a small drawing of the party theme, a dinosaur, a rocket, a unicorn, balloons. Pull the colors from the party itself, the balloons or the cake. A sheet can mix any stickers, so combine round seals, a wide Thanks for coming strip and a few small icons. One sheet per party
Because every sheet in a line is identical, one party means one layout, with every sticker it needs on it. Two siblings with a joint party can share a layout with both names. A second party, or a milestone birthday for an adult with different wording, is a second layout, which means a second cart line and another proof. Leave time for the proof and for shipping before the day, and mention the party date in the notes so the designer knows the deadline.

What should go on a birthday sticker sheet?

How many stickers do I need for a party?

Can I use different wording for invitations and favors?
Yes, if the wording sits on the same sheet: one layout can hold many different stickers. A different sheet goes in the cart as its own line.
Is it easy for children to peel the stickers?
Each sticker is kiss-cut through the vinyl only, so it lifts off its backing on its own while the sheet stays whole. Younger children may still want a grown-up to start the corner.
