How to get it right
A pack for the chapter, a stack for the rally table
A riding club hands out stickers in three directions. Members get theirs at sign-up. Supporters, sponsors and the shop that hosts the monthly meet get one as a thank-you. And a charity ride or a rally needs a stack on the registration table that goes home with every rider. Treat each of those as its own line: a chapter design, a ride design with the date, and a supporter design, each with its own quantity and its own free proof. Reorder the ride design every year; the chapter design can wait for the next run of new members.
Helmets, saddlebags, toolboxes and the garage fridge
Riders put club stickers where the club shows: the garage toolbox, the saddlebag lid, the cooler, the trailer, the truck that tows the bike. A helmet is the one place to slow down. Check your league or club and your helmet maker's guidance on decals before you stick anything to a helmet shell. Laminated vinyl is waterproof, so rain on the road and a hose in the driveway are fine. The adhesive is permanent, so choose the spot before you peel. If your club rides in a group with a road captain, a stack in the captain's tank bag means the sticker gets handed out on the spot.
Club colors, clean outlines and your own artwork
Strong club stickers use two or three colors and a shape that is recognizable at a glance, like a winged wheel, a crest or a map outline. The die cut follows that outline at the same cost as a circle. Send your club's own artwork, or art your members approved; official marks and other groups' logos belong to their owners. The designer prepares the cut line, you see it on the free proof, and nothing prints until you approve it. If the chapter wants a second color version for light bags and dark toolboxes, order it as another line.
Questions people ask about these
What size motorcycle club sticker should I order?
Four inches square is a good all-round start for a toolbox, a saddlebag or a window, and it is where this page opens. Choose 3 inches for a helmet side or 5 to 6 inches for a trailer or truck. Any custom size is available in the calculator.
Can I put these on my helmet?
Check your club or league and your helmet maker's guidance on decals before you apply anything to a helmet. For stickers made for bikes and rider gear, see our motorcycle decals and motorcycle helmet stickers pages.
Can I order different stickers for each chapter or ride?
Yes. Each design is its own line in the cart, with its own quantity and its own free proof, so a chapter, a charity ride and a supporter sticker are three lines.
Will they hold up in rain and on the road?
Yes. They are printed on laminated white vinyl, which is waterproof and made for outdoor use. The adhesive is permanent, so place each sticker where it will stay.
Can you print our existing club artwork?
We print the file you send. Use artwork your club owns or has approved; official marks and other groups' logos belong to their owners. The free proof shows the cut line before anything prints.
How fast will the order ship before our rally?
Orders ship the next business day after you approve the proof, with free USPS shipping across the US. For most files the proof appears on screen in seconds; otherwise a designer emails it, usually within one business day.
