How to get it right
One cling per listing beats one big panel
The temptation with a large office window is to print one display that covers it. The trouble is that a single listing selling means reprinting everything. Ordering one cling per listing keeps each change small: the sold property comes down, the new one goes up, and the rest of the window is untouched. It also lets you move listings around the glass as priorities change, which a single panel cannot do.
Open house dates without printing a new sign each week
Dates are the part that changes fastest and the part most worth having on separate small clings. A 10" or 12" piece carrying nothing but a date and a time can sit next to a listing card and be replaced on its own. Because the film is reusable, a set of date clings covering the weekends you actually hold open houses can be stored flat and put back up when the same slot comes round again.
Read from the street, printed mirrored
Office clings go on the inside of the glass, which means the artwork must be printed mirrored or it reads backward from the sidewalk. Choose mirror in the calculator; we confirm the side in the free proof. White film keeps a listing readable with daylight behind it, which matters on a window that faces the street all day. Clear film is for decorative work, not for text you need a passer-by to read.
Questions people ask about these
Can I reuse a cling when the listing comes back on the market?
Yes. Peel it off in one piece, store it flat between two sheets of paper out of direct sun, and put it back up on clean glass later. Nothing about removal damages the film or the window.
What size should a listing card in the window be?
A card read from the sidewalk works at 12" to 18" on the longer side; a feature listing you want noticed from across the road goes to 24" or more. Sizes run from 4" to 48", and a die cut following your own outline is available if you do not want a rectangle.
Will these hold on the outside of the glass?
They are made for the inside. Outdoors they hold on shaded or protected glass, but wind and rain on a fully exposed window will lift the edges over time. For outside-facing glass we would print vinyl stickers instead.
Can I order a mix of sizes in one go?
Yes, though each size and each artwork is its own line in the cart with its own proof. That is usually what you want here, because listing cards and date pieces are different artworks anyway.
Is there a minimum number of clings per order?
No - a single cling is a normal order for this product. One window, one piece, one proof.
How quickly can a new listing be in the window?
Two business days in production after you approve the free proof, plus free US shipping taking 3-5 business days. For a listing that has to be up by a date, count back from it and leave the proof its own day.
