How to get it right
Where it sits on the topsheet
Most riders put their sticker somewhere between the front binding and the nose, or along the tail behind the back binding — anywhere flat that isn't going to sit under a boot or across the mounting holes. A die-cut that follows the logo's own outline, rather than a square background, looks more like it belongs on the board instead of sitting on top of it. Leave a couple of inches of clearance around the binding inserts so the sticker doesn't get scraped by a boot buckle or a strap. If the topsheet has a textured or matte factory finish, press firmly along the edges first so the adhesive has full contact before the board goes back out in the cold.
Handling snowmelt and cold
A board spends its day going from a warm car or lodge to snow and back, and that cycle of wet-then-dry is what peels a cheap sticker first. The laminated vinyl is built to handle rain and repeated wet exposure, and the permanent adhesive is meant to stay through a season of that cycle rather than being pulled off and reapplied. Applying it to a clean, dry topsheet before the first ride of the season — not mid-storm — gives the adhesive the best chance to set before it meets snow. It won't fade or lift just from being wet; the wear that eventually shows up comes from edges catching gear, not from the cold itself.
Printing for a shop or a season of team riders
A snowboard shop putting its logo on demo boards, or a brand handing the same sticker to every rider on a team, needs enough copies to outlast a season of boards getting swapped, sold, or replaced. Ordering a batch ahead of the season means a shop can hand one to every customer who buys a board, not just the first few. Since we don't offer a full topsheet wrap or skin, this is meant for a logo or graphic on an otherwise finished board, not for covering the whole surface. Keep the source artwork on file so next season's reorder is a repeat, not a redesign.
Questions people ask about these
Is it okay to put stickers on a snowboard?
Yes — the topsheet is a normal, designed-for-it surface, as long as the sticker stays clear of the binding mounting holes.
Can a sticker go on the base of the board?
No. The base is the riding surface and gets waxed and scraped; stickers belong on the topsheet.
Will snowboard stickers hold up in the snow and cold?
Yes, the vinyl is laminated and waterproof, built for wet, cold conditions rather than a dry indoor surface.
Can I get a full board wrap or skin instead of a sticker?
No — we print individual custom stickers, not full topsheet wraps or skins.
What size works best for a topsheet logo?
It depends on the board and the empty space you have, but 4"x4" is a common starting point that clears most binding hardware; a custom size works too.
Can a shop print its logo and a team rider graphic in the same order?
Yes. Each design is its own item in the cart, so a shop logo and a rider graphic can ship together.
Will I see a proof before I pay?
Yes, for most files. Upload your design and the proof appears on screen in seconds, with the cut line, at the size and shape you chose - before you pay. If a file needs a designer's eye, we email the proof instead, and changes are free until it is right. Nothing prints until you approve it.
