How to get it right
Where the sticker actually goes in the parcel
Three places, and they want different sizes. Closing the tissue paper is the 2" job - it sits in the middle of the fold and is the first thing a buyer sees when the box opens. Sealing a poly mailer from the outside wants the same 2", because anything larger wraps around the edge when the bag is stuffed. A thank-you card slipped into the box can take 3" comfortably, since nothing curves under it. If you order one size for all three, order 2".
Matte if a person is going to write on it
Matte vinyl takes a fine permanent marker without beading, which is what makes it the finish for anyone who hand-numbers an edition, writes a first name, or adds a short note per order. Glossy pushes color harder and is the better choice if the design is an illustration doing the talking. Both are the same laminated material and the same price, and you switch between them on this page before ordering.
What earns its place on a thank-you sticker
Most of them say thank you and nothing else, which wastes the only moment the buyer is looking at your branding with the product in their hands. A discount code for the next order, a single social handle, or a QR code pointing at a review page all fit inside 2" if the type is set at two lines and the code is short. What does not fit: a full URL, a paragraph, or three handles in a row - at 2" they reduce to gray noise.
Questions people ask about these
Will the sticker survive a wet mailbox?
Yes. These are printed on laminated waterproof vinyl - the same material we use for water bottles and outdoor work - so rain on the outside of a mailer, or condensation inside a cold parcel, does not smear the print or lift the sticker.
Can I write on a thank-you sticker by hand?
On matte, yes, with a fine permanent marker. Give it a few seconds to dry before you close the parcel. Glossy resists ink and will smudge, so if handwriting is part of the plan, pick matte when you configure the order above.
Will it come off the tissue paper without tearing it?
Not cleanly - the adhesive is permanent, and tissue is the weakest surface it meets. That is normally fine, because tissue is opened and discarded. If you need something a buyer can lift and keep, put the sticker on a card instead of on the wrap.
Can I order two designs in one go?
Each design is configured and priced separately, so a shop with a thank-you sticker and a logo seal orders them as two items in the same cart. Both arrive together, and you approve two proofs.
What shape works best for packaging?
A circle, in most cases. It has no corners to catch when a parcel slides through a sorting machine, and it reads as a seal rather than as a label. Square, rounded and die cut to your own outline cost the same, so the choice is visual.
How fast can I have them?
