How to get it right
Praise that fits the grade
Young readers like a short word and a big picture: STAR, WOW, GOOD LISTENING, each with a friendly icon they can name. In the middle grades, specific praise lands better, such as STRONG START, NICE REASONING or IMPROVED, because a child can tell what was noticed. For older students keep the design quiet and the wording plain: SOLID WORK, GOOD POINT. A layout can mix as many different stickers as you like, so one sheet can hold effort praise, result praise and a few silly ones for a good day. Write the phrases you actually say aloud in your room; students notice when a sticker sounds like you.
A sheet for the term, in your colors
Many teachers plan rewards in terms: one sheet for the autumn, a different one after the holidays, one more for the spring. Each term can carry fresh phrases, new icons and the season, while the class name or the school mascot stays on every sticker. Use the school colors if there is a mascot to match, and ask the designer to keep the type large enough to read from the next desk. Each term's sheet is its own set: one order line holds one layout, repeated on every sheet in the line, and the layout itself can mix any number of phrases. The spring sheet, or a sheet for another grade level, is a second line in the cart with its own proof.
Easy for small hands and for the person ordering
The kiss cut goes through the vinyl but not the backing, so a first grader can lift one sticker off without tearing the sheet. The vinyl is waterproof, so a sticker on a folder or a water bottle survives the school day. A parent or a PTA volunteer can place the order for a teacher: order now, upload the art later, and we email a link. The proof goes to the email on the order. If you would rather not lay it out yourself, the free Design it for me row lets you describe the phrases and the mascot in a few lines.
Questions people ask about these
What phrases work best on reward stickers?
Short, specific praise in the words you already use: GREAT JOB, KEEP IT UP, SUPER STAR, STRONG START. Younger classes like a word with a picture, older ones prefer plain wording. One layout can mix many different phrases.
Which size sheet is best for a classroom?
Letter size, 8.5 x 11 inches, holds many stickers in several sizes and suits a full term of rewards. The 4 x 6 inch sheet is smaller and easier to keep in a pocket or a desk drawer.
Can I put our school mascot on the stickers?
Yes, if your school owns or has approved the artwork. We print the file you send, and official marks belong to their owners. If you have no mascot art, Design it for me makes an original design without copying brands.
Can several teachers share one order?
They can share an order if they want the same layout, since every sheet in an order line is identical. Teachers who want different phrases or class names need different layouts, each as its own line in the cart.
Can a parent or the PTA order for a teacher?
Yes. Order now and upload later, and we email a link for the art. The proof goes to the email on the order, so give the address of the person who will check the spelling.
How long until the stickers arrive?
Look for the proof in your email within 1 business day. Approve it and the sheets leave the next business day with free USPS shipping, 3-5 business days, or a faster option at checkout. Payment comes after approval.
