How to get it right
Words that do a job
Planner stickers earn their place when each one saves you a sentence. MONDAY tells you which column you are in, PAY DAY marks the date money arrives, GYM and MEAL PREP hold a slot you would otherwise let slide, and TO DO flags the box that needs a pencil today. Put your own wording on the sheet rather than settling for whatever a stock set offers, and keep it short and in capitals so it reads at a glance. Add a small icon beside the words that need one, and give each kind of task its own color: one for work, one for home, one for bills. Repeat the stickers you use most; the Notes for the designer field is where you say how many of each.
Start from the planner box
Measure the daily or weekly box in your planner and make the sticker a little smaller, so its edge never runs into the printed lines. Label stickers for a weekly spread are small, while a header for the month or a half-box banner can be wider. The 4 x 6 inch sheet suits one planner of small stickers and slips into the back pocket of the planner itself. The letter-size sheet, 8.5 x 11 inches, is for bigger layouts: a full set of month headers, wide banners and every habit icon in one place. Kiss-cutting means each sticker peels off by itself while the rest of the sheet stays whole, so a sheet lasts all the way to its last sticker.
Glossy or matte, and one layout per line
Both finishes are laminated waterproof vinyl and cost the same, so choose by look. Glossy gives colors a bright, saturated finish; matte is softer, with less glare under a desk lamp, and sits quietly beside printed paper pages. Treat the sticker as the label and write next to it; we make no promise that pen or pencil takes on the surface. Think of one order line as one set: a single sheet layout, printed on every sheet in the line, holding as many different stickers as you can fit. A budget sheet next to a workout sheet is two layouts, so two lines in the cart, each with its own proof. No drawings handy? Pick Design it for me, which is free, and our designer turns your list of words into an original set.
Questions people ask about these
What size planner sticker sheet should I order?
Order 4 x 6 inches for small day and habit stickers that fit planner boxes, and 8.5 x 11 inches when you want large headers, banners and a full habit set on one sheet. Measure a planner box first and keep each sticker a little smaller than it.
Can I put different stickers on the same sheet?
Yes, days, bills and workouts can all share one layout. The only rule is that every sheet in an order line carries that same layout; a different mix is a new line in the cart.
Should I choose glossy or matte for a planner?
Choose by look, since both cost the same. Glossy makes color look brighter. Matte has a softer, paper-like feel and less glare under a lamp, which many planner users prefer beside printed pages.
Can I write on the stickers?
We do not promise that pen or pencil marks will take on the laminated vinyl. Place the sticker where it labels the box and write beside it, not on it.
What if I do not have artwork yet?
That is fine. Order now and we email a link for uploading later, or describe the words and icons under Design it for me and let the designer draw an original set. Characters, logos and brands you do not own are never copied.
When will my sheets ship?
A designer lays out the sheet and emails a free proof within 1 business day. Changes are free, nothing prints until you approve, and you pay only after approval. Sheets then ship the next business day by free USPS, 3-5 business days, or faster at checkout.
