Custom Hard Hat Stickers
Follow your helmet manufacturer's guidance
Manufacturers publish their own instructions about what may be applied to a shell and where. We print stickers; we do not certify helmets, and nothing on this page is safety advice. Read what came with your hard hat and follow it.
Why these are ordered at 2 inches
A helmet shell curves in every direction. A 2" sticker sits flat on it; a 4" one fights the curve and lifts at the corners. Names, numbers and a compact logo all fit at that size, which is why most crew orders land there.
One order, fifty different names
Personalising per person is a common ask. Each different design is its own line in the cart, so a crew of ten names is ten designs — add them one at a time and pick the quantity for each. If that is awkward for a big crew, send us the list and we will sort it out before you pay. Your order ships the next business day, and delivery takes 3-5 business days, free on every order.
Questions people ask about these
Will it stay on a curved shell?
At 2" yes, on a clean dry surface. The bigger the sticker on a tight curve, the more the corners want to lift — that is geometry, not adhesive.
Does it survive being outside all day?
The laminate is the same one we use for outdoor jobs; sun and rain are what it is for.
Can you print certification or rating marks?
No. We print your own artwork — logos, names, numbers. Anything that speaks to a helmet's certification or rating has to come from the manufacturer, not from us.

- PlaceLands flat, and you can still reposition it

About these stickers
We print custom stickers on premium vinyl, seal them under laminate, and cut each one to the outline of your artwork — no rectangle around a round logo, no rough edges.

Built for real use
Every sticker gets a laminate top layer over the print. That laminate is what separates a sticker that survives from one that fades in a season: it takes the scratches, blocks UV, and keeps water off the ink.
The result holds up outdoors for up to five years — through sun, rain and snow — and goes through a dishwasher without lifting or smudging. Indoors it will outlast whatever you stick it to.
They go on clean and stay on:
- Laptops, water bottles, tumblers and phone cases
- Product packaging, mailers and jars
- Shop windows, signage and equipment
- Car windows, bumpers and helmets
- Event handouts, sticker packs and swag
Glossy or matte
Glossy gives you saturated colour and a reflective surface — the finish most people picture when they think of a sticker. Matte reads softer and quieter, and it does not throw glare under shop lights or a camera flash. Both use the same vinyl and the same laminate, so durability is identical; the choice is purely how you want it to look.
Any shape, any size
Die-cut means the blade follows your outline, whatever it is. Circles, squares, rounded corners, or the exact silhouette of a logo with a tail on the letter g.
Sizes run from 1 inch upward with no practical maximum. Standard sizes sit in the calculator; anything else goes in the Custom size field. Price per sticker drops sharply with quantity — a 2-inch sticker costs about 60% less each at 100 pieces than at 25.
How ordering works
- Upload your file — PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI or SVG. 300 DPI or vector is ideal.
- We check it and send a free digital proof.
- You approve it, or ask for changes. Nothing prints until you say yes.
- Once you approve, your order ships the next business day — delivery is 3–5 business days, free on every order.
Need it by a set date? 2-day and overnight shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Not sure whether your file will print well? Send it anyway. We will tell you straight if the resolution is too low or a thin line will disappear at 1 inch, and we will suggest what to change. Made in USA.
