How to get it right
What the 24 hours covers, and what it does not
Three steps come before production. You send the file, a person checks it and sends a free proof, and you approve. The 24 hours start at the third step, so the first two are where time is saved. Counted from your approval, the decal takes 24 hours to make and ships the next business day. Approve on a Tuesday and it ships Wednesday. Approve on a Friday and the next business day is Monday. After it leaves, free USPS delivery with tracking runs 3 to 5 business days. That last stretch belongs to the carrier, so we do not promise a delivery date. If the date is tight, choose a faster paid shipping option at checkout.
Getting the file and the proof done early
You control two parts of the timeline: the file and the proof. Upload your artwork as soon as you have it; SVG, AI, PDF, PNG and JPEG files all work. No file yet? You can order first and send it later through a link we email you, but nothing can be checked until it arrives. Our designer will tidy the file and set the cut line, and that costs nothing. When the proof arrives, read it slowly. Check each digit of the phone number, the spelling and the size against your door. Ask a second person to read the phone number as well. You approve the proof before anything prints, and changes to it cost nothing, but every round of changes pushes your approval later. A wrong digit on a permanent decal costs more than a day.
Lettering a truck on a deadline
Start with one piece at 24 x 12, and type 2 if both doors need the name; one file prints both. Do the groundwork while the order is in motion. Find the flat spot below the window line, away from the door handle and any crease in the body, and tape up a paper cutout at your size to test it. When the tube arrives, wipe the spot clean, give it time to dry completely and only then take the backing off. Once a decal has touched the paint, it cannot be repositioned. Any other design, a tailgate piece for example, is ordered separately and proofed separately. The drawing uses a cargo van, so take it as a guide to scale and nothing more. We print and ship; we do not install.

How fast can I get vehicle decals?
Approving the free proof starts a 24-hour production run, and the decal leaves us the next business day. Free USPS delivery, with tracking, then adds 3 to 5 business days.
Does next day mean it arrives tomorrow?
No. It means the decal ships on the next business day following proof approval. Delivery time belongs to the carrier, so we cannot give you a delivery date.
What starts the clock?
Your approval of the proof, not the day you pay. If you order before the file is ready, the proof cannot be made until you upload it, so the clock starts later.
Can I pay for faster shipping?
Yes. Faster paid shipping options are offered at checkout, and they shorten the part of the trip that belongs to the carrier. Making the decal still takes 24 hours from your approval.
Does an order on a deadline still get a proof?
Yes. Every design gets a proof that a real person has checked, at no charge. Nothing prints before you approve it, and changes to the proof are free.
How will the decals arrive?
Pieces of 15 inches or less, measured on the longer side, go out flat. Anything bigger is sent rolled up in a sturdy tube.
