Pressure Washing Trailer Decals

This page opens on a 48 x 18 inch name band, drawn on the cargo van for scale; a pair covers both sides of a pressure washing or soft wash trailer. A trailer side is long and low, so a band fits it better than a block. Forty-eight inches leaves room for the company name, a line about what you wash and a phone number, set on a flat side panel away from the tank fill. Treat the drawing as a size guide only: the trailer, not the van, sets the real measurements.

How to get it right

A dry panel on a rig that is wet all day

By the end of a job the whole rig is wet, whether it is a trailer or a skid on a truck bed. The decal needs the opposite when it goes on: a surface that is clean, smooth and bone dry. Wait for a dry day, wipe the panel down and give it time to dry out. Choose a flat side panel away from the tank fill, the hose reel's swing, the pump housing and the hose connections. Stay off curved tanks, hose reels and textured plastic, since the adhesive needs a smooth surface. A chalk line or a strip of tape marks the top edge of the band, and a level shows whether it runs true. There is no second try with this adhesive.

A 48 x 18 band, and bands up to 80 inches long

A band nearly three times as long as it is tall suits the side of a trailer. At 48 x 18 inches there is room for the company name, a line such as roofs, siding and driveways, and a phone number. A QR code for booking can sit at one end with a plain margin around it; check that it scans on the free proof. A longer trailer can take a longer band. One piece reaches 80 inches on the long side while the short side stops at 48, so a 76 x 14 band is still a single piece. Type the exact size in Other, and put your own artwork on the drawing with Try your logo to judge the proportions. Nothing here is cut lettering, a magnet or a wrap: it is one printed band.

Washing the decal, and a matching piece for the truck

Crews wash their own rigs, so expect the question. We make no claim about pressure washers, hot water or cleaners. If you wash near the band, keep the nozzle away from its edges. The truck that tows the rig should carry the same brand. Its door piece has its own size, so it is its own cart item, uploaded and proofed separately, and the trailer bands stay as they are. A pair of bands is two pieces from one file. Bands this long travel in a sturdy tube, and shipping is free in the US. Once the proof is approved, dispatch is the next business day. Small stickers for toolboxes and equipment cases are our Custom Stickers, made in runs.

Questions people ask about these

Can I pressure wash a trailer decal?

We make no claim about pressure washers, hot water or cleaners, so we cannot promise how a decal handles them. If you wash near it, keep the nozzle off its edges.

How long can one trailer decal be?

Up to 80 inches on the long side, with the short side up to 48. A 76 x 14 inch band is one piece, so type that exact size in Other.

Can I put the decal on the water tank or hose reel?

It is better not to. The adhesive needs a clean, dry, smooth surface, and a curved or textured tank or reel is not smooth. Use a flat side panel instead.

Can I apply it to a wet trailer?

Wait for a dry panel. Apply it only to a clean, dry, smooth surface, and remember that once the decal is down it stays where it landed.

Can I get the same logo for my truck?

Yes. The truck piece has its own size, so it goes in the cart as a separate item, with a file and a free proof of its own.

How much does a pressure washing trailer decal cost?

The calculator prices any size and count you enter, and shipping within the US is free.
