How to get it right
Count the seals before you count the sheets
Start with the guest list, but count households rather than people, since one invitation goes to each address. Add the save-the-dates if they get a seal, then the favors, the programs, the thank-you notes that follow and a handful of spares for envelopes you address wrongly. That total is how many stickers you need. The proof shows how many fit on one sheet in your layout, so divide the total by that number and round up. If your seals are round and about the size of a coin or larger, a sheet holds fewer of them than you expect, so check before you settle on a sheet count.
One look, several layouts
Couples often want the same names and the same small drawing across everything, with different wording on each piece: Emma & Jack on the invitation seal, a date on the program, Thank you on the note. Each of those is a layout of its own. The cart treats each layout as one set: one line, one layout, the same on every sheet, though it may mix many different stickers. The thank-you sheet you will want in a few months is a second layout and a second line, with its own proof. Matching the type and the colors across lines is easy to ask for in the notes.
Read the proof out loud
The proof is where a wedding sticker is won or lost. A designer emails it within 1 business day; read both names, then the date, then every word, ideally aloud and ideally with someone else. Dates are the classic slip: 10.04.2027 reads as October 4 in the United States and April 10 in much of Europe, so spell the month out if there is any doubt. How many wedding stickers do I need for invitations?
One seal per invitation envelope, which means one per household rather than per guest. Add save-the-dates, programs, favors, thank-you notes and spares. The proof shows how many fit on one sheet, and you divide from there.
Can I use the same design for invitations and thank-you notes?
Yes, with different wording if you like. They are separate layouts, so each is its own line in the cart with its own proof. Every sheet within one line is identical.
What size should a wedding envelope seal be?
Round seals about the size of a coin to a little bigger sit well on the back flap of a standard envelope. Smaller ones fit more per sheet. Tell the designer in the notes and the proof shows the exact result.
Can I put a monogram or illustration on the stickers?
Yes. Upload your own, or describe what you picture under Design it for me and the designer draws an original. We do not reproduce characters, logos or brands that belong to someone else.
Can I check the names and date before printing?
Yes, that is what the free proof is for. It arrives within 1 business day, you can ask for as many changes as you need at no charge, and printing starts only after you approve; payment comes then too.
